Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns: return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
For defective or incorrect items: we will cover all return shipping costs.
Note on Custom Orders
As each custom product is made to order, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted once production has begun. We kindly ask customers to review product specifications carefully prior to confirming your order.
