Craftsmanship and Design

The Z521 irons feature a hollow-body design with a deep center of gravity, enhancing forgiveness and promoting a higher trajectory. The back face is fully CNC machined, ensuring precise shaping and weight distribution. A special resin is placed low on the back of the face to dampen vibrations, providing a soft feel and sound akin to soft iron forging.

Manufacturing Excellence

Utilizing S20C soft carbon steel for the body and SCM4140 chromoly steel for the face, the Z521 irons undergo a meticulous forging process followed by full CNC milling. This combination ensures structural integrity and a superior tactile experience.
