1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve:

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
2. Products & Services
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate.
Certain products, such as custom golf clubs or personalized accessories, are made-to-order. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
International orders may be subject to additional import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.
4. Shipping
Domestic Orders (South Korea): Complimentary standard shipping.
International Orders: Flat shipping rate of $38 USD, not inclusive of duties/taxes.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by their country.

5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Please note the following:
Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but the customer will be responsible for round-trip international shipping fees of $76 USD, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Custom-built or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
For items received incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon without consulting more accurate sources.
7. Intellectual Property
